About Us

The Paella Company started in 2004 and has been going from strength to strength ever since. It began from my desire move to a job that was more personally satisfying than my successful, but unrewarding career as a computer and customer support consultant.

From the beginning we wanted The Paella Company to be a professional enterprise and not just something run from a garage as a hobby. We started with a small office and warehouse space and with my IT experience I have been able to set up efficient integrated ordering, accounts and dispatch systems as well as an informative and easy to use website that we are proud of!!  We are always endeavouring to improve both our systems and website and will happily listen to any feedback we receive and try to solve any "hiccups" that are discovered!

To ensure the highest levels of security and confidence in our website we have exceeded the normal level of website requirements. We have the highest level of Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificate which is only awarded after extensive investigations on the status of our company, our systems and security. 

We take great pride in sourcing the best products we can find and providing our customers with guidance and information. We want our customer to be able to purchase the products that best suit their requirements. Customer service is something we consider to be very important and we are always on the end of a telephone to give advice and answer any questions - however trivial they may seem!!  We often get calls from customers who have received their goods but want advice on the best way to cook paella - we've all cooked paella here and are more then happy to pass on our experiences and opinions!!

We often get asked if we can provided a catering service to cook paella at large events. This is something everyone here would agree that is beyond our expertise but.... we do know a lot of caterers who can help!!.  We are very proud of our relationship with many caterers who return to us to buy large catering paella cooking sets and rice. We might not cook on a large scale but we do know what works and what doesn’t and are always happy to give advice. The "Locate a caterer" page on our website has proved a very popular resource for people looking for a caterer and ........it means no one has to ask us to cater for their party !!!
