This set comprises of  Garcma's new Generation+Gas burner (25% more powerful than the standard 600mm gas burner) spread over 4 concentric rings. This burner can also take up to a 90cm paella pan giving even more flexiblity.

The set comes with the 80cm polished steel Paella pan,a very sturdy braced tripod stand, gas hose, propane regulator and a 65cm beech handled paella skimmer spoon.

As this option can serve up to 30 portions of paella, it makes it perfect for  small-scale catering or as an additional set
