This is our largest deep pan (affectionally known as "the baby bath", although we don't suggest you cook babies in it !!)
In many homes and certainly most restaurant kitchens you will find a selection of these deep enamelled pans. They are incredibly versatile often used for stews, deep frying and a multitude of other dishes. With a flat base, means they can be used on both electric and gas cooking. They are also oven-proof if you want to finish your dish off in the oven.
As with their paella pans Garcima's deep pans are of a very high quality, spun to form the pan shape and then enamelled in the company's own kilns.
