The Enamelled Paella pans are easier to keep clean than their polished Steel counterparts. They are also oven-proof if you want to finish your dish off in the oven. Being enamelled, they do not need to be kept oiled when not in use and will look as good as new after many years.
The smaller enamelled pans can also be used in the oven - the larger ones just won't fit !
