Non-Stick Paella Pans
 The pans are manufactured in cold laminated steel, spun to form their pan shape and then enamelled & non-stick coated in the company's own kilns. Garcima use a thicker gauge steel than other manufacturers which produces a stronger pan less susceptible to warping.
Like all traditional paella pans, the base is slightly dished allowing the oil to collect in the centre when frying your ingredients & creating the sofrito. They can all be used on gas hobs, our paella gas burners & open fires. The smaller pans (upto 36cm) can be used on inductions hobs. For electric hobs and AGA's we also have a range of "Guison" stainless steel non-stick paella pans with a flat base.
Each pan is measured from the top edge (excluding handles). To help you select the correct size pan we have included keys with dimensions and the approximate number of servings for each individual pan - these can be found by clicking on the information for each pan. |
