If you want to make a really traditional paella then you need to cook over an open wood fire. Our range of cast iron tripod stands will support a wide range of paella pan enabling you to master the art of true outdoor paella cooking. A traditional polished steel paella pan is ideal for this but please note that the red handles will turn black in the flames - this is not a problem it just means that your pan will look authentic and well used!!
