Based around a 36cm paella pan, that will be perfect for 4 to 6 servings, we have chosen a set of paella ingredients from some of the best that Spain has to offer and where applicable choosing ingredients that bear the "D.O" (Denominación de Origen) classification from their local regulator confirming both their authenticity and quality.

Each set consists of the following:

36cm Valencian paella pan of your choice
1Kg cloth bag of Santo Tomas Bomba Paella Rice (D.O Aroces de Valencia)
1g box of certified La Mancha saffron (D.O. Azafran de La Mancha)
200g of Rosara "Lodosa" roasted red peppers (D.O. Lodosa)
75g La Lidia sun-dried Sweet paprika - Extra Quality ( D.O Pimentón de Murcia)
250g Jar of Roasra Tomato Frito - Fried tomato & garlic sauce used for your paella sofrito
1 bag of Carmencita Ñoras - dried bolas peppers for your sofrito as well as many other stews & soups
140g jar of artisan Mare Nostrum "All i Oli" Garlic dip (Used to accompany "Arroz a Banda" and many other dishes)
5 sachets of Carmencita paella spices - the most popular make in Spain.

The contents are placed on a bed of rafia paper inside the the pan, wrapped in cellophane and finished off with a beautiful organza ribbon bow
