• 1 bag of Carmencita Ñoras - dried bolas peppers for your sofrito as well as many other stews & soups
• 140g jar of artisan Mare Nostrum "All i Oli" Garlic dip (Used to accompany "Arroz a Banda" and many other dishes)
• 5 sachets of Carmencita paella spices - the most popular make in Spain.

The contents are placed on a bed of rafia paper inside the the pan, wrapped in cellophane and finished off with a beautiful organza ribbon bow
