With our range of paella ingredients we have tried to source the very best products for your paella and accompanying dishes. Rather than using "Supermarket" brands, we have endeavoured to source our range from small and specialist producers.

Wherever possible, our products carry the "D.O" (Denominación de Origen) or "D.O.P." (Denominación de Origen Proteguida ) classification which means quality of the products and the area they are produced in is strictly controlled by the respective local food governing body .
