 For our 700mm burner we have introduced the new +gas model form Garcima. More powerful than its standard counterpart it supports a greater range of pan sizes, in this case up to an 100cm paella pan.  With 3 independent controls it gives a fine grain control along with the capability of cooking with smaller pans on the inner rings only.
