Palson & Princess Warranties

Subject to the limitations on its liabilty set out in these terms The Paella Company warrants that all Princess and Palson products it sells will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. The Paella Company Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions or misuse including use in a commercial capacity.  If you notify The Paella Company Ltd of a valid claim under this warranty within a one year period  we will refund the cost of the product (we are no longer able to replace the product as we no longer stock either Princess or Palson products.) but will have no other liabilty to you.  Please note that all goods returned under this warranty must be returned to us at your cost and in a clean and dry condition.  
Please note that Palson goods come with a 3 year warranty from Palson and the details (which can be found in the literature that was supplied with the item) clearly state. "In the event of any malfunction this appliance should only be handled by employees of Palson's Authorised Technical Service.  Always take the appliance to the closest authorised techinical service."
