Shipping your goods
We use a next business day (Monday to Friday) courier service for all our small shipments within the UK (Highlands, Northern Ireland, UK Islands is a two day service).
Before 1pm orders -
If your order is received before 1pm, we will endeavor to dispatch your goods the same day for a next day delivery.
Courier Deliveries -
We use a next business day courier delivery service for all our small shipments, but whilst the delivery companies have a good record, we cannot be held responsible for their mistakes or delays as it is not under our control. The two things that can be done to avoid any disappointment are not to delay your order until the last minute and also add instructions to leave your package, either at the house or with neighbours - see below.
Specific Delivery Instructions -
We are unable to organise a specific delivery time, but the couriers will leave your goods without a signature if we let them know. To enable this, ensure you fill out the "Courier Instructions" on the order form. If you also want it delivered on, or after a certain date, please again let us know in the "Additional Notes" box.
Urgent Deliveries
We will always do our best to fulfill urgent deliveries, but once the goods have left our warehouse we are in the hands of the courier companies. Whilst their track record for deliveries is excellent, there are times where for various reasons, items don't arrive when expected. For this reason please take this into consideration if your order has to arrive by a certain day. Also please make sure that you have filled in the "Courier Delivery Instructions" in order the goods may be left if you are not in.
Catering Size Options
Due to their physical size, we need a few days to get them packed and shipped to you.
Shipping Costs
We have negotiated good shipping rates which we are able to pass on to you. It is based on shipping weights & region and is automatically added to your order. As a guide to the charges we would need to levy, refer to the guide below
