Polished steel paella pans are the most traditional paella pans found in Spain. They are simple, extremely robust and inexpensive. They are made of laminated polished steel an as such, simply need to be sealed with a thin coating of cooking oil after being cleaned as with a wok or cast iron griddle. The base of these paella pans is slightly dished allowing the oil to collect in the centre when first frying your ingredients. This means they are suitable to be used on Open fires or a Paella Gas burner. It is a little too big to use on a normal gas hob as it is difficult to get heat even enough over the bottom of the pan.

Garcima s.l are based in Alacuas between the city of Valencia and the famous unique rice growing wetlands of the Albufera Natural Park. The area around the Albufera is the undisputed birthplace of paella and Garcima have been making paella pans and other cooking utensils since 1920.
I've only used the pan once so far and it was as expected. I need to refine my cooking technique since this was my first ever paella and there is room for improvement. The online ordering, delivery etc were all OK.
