The kit comes with a traditional 46cm polished steel paella pan that will serve up to 7 main course and 10 smaller tapas portions. It also includes a single ring paella gas burner which can either sit on a heat-proof surface or be attached to its tripod legs and a gas hose. The gas burner can be used with, Propane, Butane or Camping Gaz The Eco Set comes with a practical box enabling you to carry everything around. All you need to get you cooking is the appropriate regulator for the gas you wish to use.
