Aneto is Spain's most famous brand for "Caldo" (broths). Their Caldo de Pescado, fish broth is one of the classics. Simply either used as a delicious broth in a mug or as the base for many delcious dishes. It is 100% natural made from only the best and freshest ingredients including Cod & Monkfish. It can also be used as a sumpterous stock for a fish-based paella, especially if you don't want any shellfish
For every carton of stock, there is 1 litre of stock, monkfish (26%), Cod bones (5%), 1/2 tomato, 1/2 oinion, 1 carrot, bunch of fennel, 1/4 leek, Celery stick, a dash of olive oil, a clove of garlic & a pich of sea salt - Nothing more !
Not padded out with fillers and preservatives, it is also gluten free, dairy free, nut & soy free.
