Our range of Enamelled Cast-iron griddles now give you the capability of being able to griddle on a large surface area using your paella gas burner. This heavyweight cast iron griddle has been beautifully enamelled with a smooth tough vitro-ceramic coating, meaning there is no need to oil the griddle after use as with the traditional cast-iron griddles.
The griddles are all double sided, flat on one side suitable for drop scones etc, whilst the other side is ridged for cooking may types of vegetables, meats & fish.
