The website will be available for orders right through the Christmas and New Year period, but for delivery dates for orders received, please refer to the table below:

* These dates are not guaranteed. The couriers are very busy and often employ agency drivers who do not know the delivery routes as well as normal drivers. The post delivery option is a non-tracked service and The Paella Company cannot be held responsible for non-delivery under this service. Economy and Courier deliveries are fully tracked. Last year we saw an number of weather disruptions at this time of year they can have a knock-on effect with deliveries due to backlogs building up.
Tips for ensuring your parcel arrives as expected
- Order as early as possible
- On the "checkout" page add courier delivery instructions to leave the parcel if you are not in.
- On the "checkout" page add your mobile number for an SMS text giving your delivery time.
- Keep an eye on emails and text messages from The Paella Company in case we need to contact you about your order.
