This set comprises of Garcima's new generation +Gas burners spread over 4 concentric rings. Here you can have the choice of either a 600mm gas burner or a 700mm gas burner (with the option of a 600mm Pro Burner if you need to use the set indoors). The advantage with the larger burner it can take pans up to 100cm if that is a possible requirement. These burners are more powerful than their standard counterparts giving the ability to cook with a larger pan without the need to change burners.
The set comes with the 90cm polished steel Paella pan, the burner of your choice, a very sturdy braced tripod stand, gas hose, propane regulator and a 65cm beech handled paella skimmer spoon.
