Our paella rice comes directly from ARROCERÍAS ANTONIO TOMÁS who are located in the heart of the famous Albufera Natural Park, just a little south-west of Valencia renown as one of the best areas in Spain for rice cultivation. Their Santo Tomas brand is recognised today as one premium brands in the market due to its quality.
