Prefect for induction cooking

Having cooked for many years on gas we recently changed to induction and had to buy new pans.
Paella being a family favorite we needed a new pan to cook it. This pan and induction are the perfect match, the even heat distribution across the base make the cooking of a paella easy. Great pan well worth the money.
