Although not used as widespread as Polished Steel pans in Spain, Enamelled Steel paella pans are still very popular. The enamelled paella pans are easier to clean than the polished steel pans and do not need to be oiled after use. They are also oven-proof (do check the size of your oven and pan first!) if you want to finish your dish off in the oven.
Enamelled Steel paella pans will not season and as with any enamelware, they can become chipped or damaged if dropped.
