This castiron griddle now gives you the capability of being able to griddle on a large surface area using your paella gas burner. This size can also be used on some kettle BBQ's. This griddle is double sided, flat on one side suitable for drop scones etc, whilst the other side is ridged for cooking many types of vegetables, meats & fish. The 43cm griddle is perfect for your gas hob, BBQ or on our 300mm, 350mm or 380mm Paell Gas burners.
Simply oil the griddle after cleaning
Please Note: This cast iron griddle is not suitable for electric or AGA hobs as the griddle has a lip around the edge which means the cooking surface would not make the required direct contact with the hob

Cast iron griddle bought as a present for family who already have the paella set. Online ordering quick and easy and griddle was delivered to our family in Scotland in just a couple of days. Great service in challenging times. Present well received!

I choose this item because we already had 2 of Paella companies 3 ring burners onsite, we only had 40 sausages to cook so this was ideal. Looking forward to trying some of our 28day Sirloin Steaks on it.
