This set comprises of our monster 900mm paella gas burner which has gas an automatic cut-off flame failure valve, giving it a certification for indoor use or semi-enclosed use.
The set comes with the 115cm polished steel Paella pan, the gas burner, a unique extra strong sturdy tripod stand, gas hose & high capacity 4.5Kg/hr 37mb propane regulator.
This size, along with the 90cm & 100cm, pans is extremely popular with caterers of all types giving up to about 120 servings (tapas size)
The burners will run on both Propane & Butane. It has been fully adjusted to UK gas pressures and is fully CE certified
