What is the difference between the "La Valenciana" & "La Ideal" Tapas Pans?Both pans are made by each of Spain's largest paella equipment manufactures. The La Valenciana range have a very smooth enamel finish, and are few millimeters shallower than the "la Ideal" version. They also have bigger handles.
Looked for a pan like this for a long time. Medium size suitable for a range of dishes on the hob and in the oven. Very practical. Highly recommended.
